In Version 9.2 we have added a spell checker to AIMS.
This is used to check spelling in notes fields.
Click on the button to spell check the notes field next to it.
It will also check for things such as repeated words.
If it finds a what it thinsg is a spelling error or repeated word in the test box it will bring up a spell checking dialogue.
Right click on the spell checker button to being up a configuration dialogue.
Move your mouse over each item to see a description of what it does in the box to the right hand side of the screen.
The spell checker is multilingual, you can chamnge the langaue for the lst at the top of the configuration dialogue.
The spell checker has iyt’s own help file which you can bring up from the help button on the spell checker dialague form. This goes into o detail on all the functions.
