Added Annotate for report previews

When previewing a report you can open the Annotate control and mark the report with arrows, text, etc

You can print this or save it as a PDF or HTML file.

Added a lot of code to validate movement types

The whole of the movement forms checking has been updated to validate multiple variation on movement types to ensure data integrity.

Added warning for missing data for this report.

Fixed an issue with the group movement form which cause and error under certain circumstances which was introduced in the last release.
