Updated auto ring format to be reactive.

The settings page for the ring format to use when ringing chicks has now been made more reactive so that the sample ring number shows changes automatically as you change any of the items.

Ring chick form added button to show unrung chicks from previous years

This allows you to quickly fill in chick ring number when adding historical data.

Bug fix

If you ran AIMS a second time on the same machine you got an error when the second copy ran.  This has now been fixed and rather then open a second copy of AIMS it takes you to the currently running version

CITES registered breeder checkbox

Added checkbox to address book entries to show if the address is that of a CITES registered breeder.  This will be used in a futures release to auto fill source code for birds obtained from other breeders.
