Simplified the bulk A10 copy and paste document.

We have replaced the copy and paste RTF document  produced when generating bulk A10 Certificate applications with a simple TXT document.

This is easier to copy and paste from,  as some users had issues opening RTF documents.

Windows has a built in txt file editor so all users will be able to open this and there are no issues with fonts, which we found when doing it to a PDF document.
