Added filter for bulk A10 applications to show only birds that have no A10 permit or no A10 application in AIMS

To save time when creating bulk A10 applications for chicks we have added a filter on the page, so that you can just show birds that have no A10 permit in AIMS or for which you have not yet made an A10 application in AIMS.

When you open the form this is on by default.  It also defaults to chicks in stock as the listing in the control.

It will create the A10 PDF files and then create a copy and paste text document that you can use to copy and paste into any online A10 application form.  This contains all the information you need for the online application and is ordered by Mother then father.

Added unpip button to pip hatch page for egg.

This makes it simple to remove the pip data for an egg if you pip the wwrong one by mistake.

It will only appear when there is a date in the pip from and to fields and there is no hatch date.

Modified code for moving batches of eggs

We have fixed an issue with moving eggs using the batch move check box.
