Fixed an issue with the pip time form not coming up for a new egg.
This issue was introduced in 9.0.6.
If using 9.0.6 you need to update to this version
Reinstated and improved the creation of auto reminders for ringing chicks.
This code had been turned off for a while due to some issue we had with it.
These have all now been resolved and the whole system has been improved.

Added an option to remove a person name from the CITES application address so that it only shows company.
