Fixes an issue with the new ring search form not opening.

We have added a new 2nd search field for the two identification rings you can record in AIMS.

These two new fields show in the list control on the bird forms if you enable it via the preferences

The entries in this form allow you to create quick search values for complex ring numbers.

For example, if you have a ring number 25GB507AM001X

You can enter 1 in the search field.

Our new auto complete ring number would allow you to simple ring a chick as 1X and AIMS would convert it to 25GB507AM001X for you automatically and fill in the search field with 1 for you.
